Interpretation: Entamoeba histolytica trophozoites with ingested RBCs — active invasive amoebiasis. Trichuris trichiura co-infection. Treat: Metronidazole 30 mg/kg/day × 10 days + Diloxanide furoate (luminal agent). Then Albendazole 400 mg SD for whipworm. Stool repeat 3 weeks post-treatment.
