Interpretation (WHO 6th Ed): Mild oligozoospermia (concentration 12 × 10⁶/mL, ref >= 16) + asthenozoospermia (PR 26%, ref >= 30%) + teratozoospermia (morphology 3%, ref >= 4%). OAT syndrome. Repeat semen analysis in 3 months. Refer to reproductive endocrinologist. Sperm DNA fragmentation test recommended.
