Clinical Progress

18 JunAdmission: chest pain × 6h, ECG changes in V4-V6, Troponin rising. Anticoagulation started, dual antiplatelet therapy initiated.
19 JunCoronary angiography: significant 2-vessel disease. RCA critical, LAD moderate.
20 JunPCI to RCA — uncomplicated. Post-procedure haemodynamically stable. IABP inserted for LV support.
21 JunIABP removed. Tolerating oral medications. Echo: LVEF 45%. NYHA II.
22 JunClinical improvement. No chest pain. Ambulating in room. LVEF reassessment planned pre-discharge.
