Findings: Mild to moderately reduced LV systolic function. Hypokinesia of inferior wall and inferior septum. Mild MR (grade 1). Diastolic dysfunction grade 1. RV function preserved. No pericardial effusion.

Impression:

EF 48% — mildly reduced. Regional wall motion abnormality — inferior wall, consistent with RCA territory ischaemia. Proceed with coronary angiography.
