Patient reports no chest pain. Appetite improving. Slept 6 hours.

Objective

BP: 118/76, PR: 72 regular, SpO2: 98% RA. Heart sounds dual, no murmur. Groin (PCI site) clean.

Assessment

NSTEMI Day 3 post-PCI. Stable. Troponin trending down (0.3).

Plan

Continue DAPT. Echo today. Mobilise with physio. Target discharge Day 5 if echo satisfactory.
